Carrot Cake / Muffin Mix - 1Kg
For the healthy muffin option high in fibre with a spicy undertone and with added carrot shavings are extra flavoursome.
Included: Free Standard Muffin Cups
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Modified Starch, Milk Solids, Emulsifiers, Raising Agents, Spices; Stabilisers and Flavourants.
Recipe:
500g Bake At Home Carrot Muffin Mix
200ml Eggs or 4 large eggs
175ml Vegetable Oil
125ml Water
125-175g Grated Carrots
Serves: +/-12 Muffins or +/- 4 Jumbo Muffins
Method:
- Place wet ingredients into the mixer. Add the Carrot Muffin Mix powder to the mixer (and optional extras).
- Blend all ingredients with a "FLAT BEATER" on slow speed for 3 minutes.
- Fold in grated carrot once mix is complete
- Pour into forms and bake at 180 - 190 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. (Jumbo for 35 minutes)
- Test if baked with a stick through the middle. If comes out clean it is baked.
