Chocolate Madeira Cake Mix - 1Kg
Delicious Chocolate Madeira Cake Mix perfect to have by itself or with extra chocolate chips for that super chocolate yumminess to be had with tea or coffee. Perfect accompanyment to your hot beverages for a high tea celebration
Ingredients: Wheat Flour,Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Modified Starch, Raising Agents, Emulsifiers, Stabilisers and Raising Agents
Recipe:
500g Bake At Home Premix of Chocolate Madeira Cake Mix
200ml Eggs or 4 eggs
150ml Vegetable Oil
150ml Water
Serves: +/-3 loaves of Madeira
Method
- Place wet ingredients into the mixer. Add the Chocolate Madeira Cake Mix powder to the mixer.
- Blend all ingredients with a "FLAT BEATER" on slow speed for 1 minute. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Fold in optional extras once mixed.
- Pour into forms and bake at 180 - 190 degrees Celsius for 35- 40 minutes in a Madeira form.
- Test if baked with a stick through the middle. If comes out clean it is baked.
