Ingredients: Wheat Flour,Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Modified Starch, Raising Agents, Emulsifiers, Stabilisers and Raising Agents
Recipe:
500g Bake At Home Premix of Death By Chocolate Muffin Mix
200ml Eggs or 4 eggs
175ml Vegetable Oil
125ml Water
Serves: +/-12 Muffins or +/-4 Jumbo Muffins
Method
- Place wet ingredients into the mixer. Add the Death By Chocolate Muffin Mix powder to the mixer.
- Blend all ingredients with a "FLAT BEATER" on slow speed for 3 minutes.
- Pour into forms and bake at 180 - 190 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes for standard muffin and 35- 40 minutes for Jumbo Muffins.
- Test if baked with a stick through the middle. If comes out clean it is baked.
