Instant Creme Brulee
This Luxury Dessert will become your new best friend. No more fussy Creme Brulee recipes and multiple ingredients. All you will need is 2 ingredients to get a premium Creme Brulee.
Ingredients: Sugar, Modified Starch, Milk Solids, Vegetable Fat, Whey Powder, Gelling Agents, Preservatives, Flavouring and Colourant.
Recipe:
200g Instant Creme Brulee
1 Litre Cold Cream
Serves: +/-6 servings of 200g
Method:
- Place cream into a mixing bowl
- Add Instant Creme Brulee Mix
- Using the "WHISK" attachment, whisk on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into desired forms. Refrigerate till stiff.
- Place sugar on top and burn with a gas torch.
No Gas Burner - No Problem
On a baking tray, lay baking paper over the tray.
Sprinkle layer of sugar (brown or white) onto the baking paper.
Set oven to 260 Degrees Celsius
Place baking tray into oven until sugar has melted and combined.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Crack the sugar and sprinkle on top for the authenticate taste of burnt sugar on a Creme Brulee.
