White Bread Premix - Rolls and Loafs - 1Kg

This premix will bake a perfect loaf bread every time.

 

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Full Fat Soya, Milk Solids, Gluten, Salt, Emulsifiers, Preservatives, Vegetable Fibre, Enzymes and Ascorbic Acid.

  • Recipe:

    1Kg Ready Mix White Bread Premix

    600ml Water (Lukewarm)

    12g Dry Yeast

     

    Serves: +/- 2 x 750g Bread Loafs or +/-17 rolls of 80g

  • Method:

    • Place Ready Mix White Bread Premix into a mixing bowl.
    • Add the water to the Ready Mix White Bread Mix and add the yeast to the mix.
    • Mix on speed one for 2 minutes and speed two for 8 minutes.
    • Leave it to rest in the bowl for 10 minutes
    • Scale to the required size -> Loaf or rolls and mould into desired shape. 
    • Place bread onto a baking tray with flour dusted on the baking tray to ensure the bread does not stick to the pan.
    • Leave it to rest on the tray for 40 - 60 minutes under a damp cloth. Will notice a expansion/rise in the bread. 
    • Place tray with bread into the oven and bake at 220-230 Degrees Celsius for 30 - 35 minutes for loaves and 20 - 25 Minutes for rolls (until golden)
