Red Velvet Brownie Mix - 1Kg
This Red Velvet Brownie Mix is ta twist on the traditional chocolate brownie. Made with cocoa powder like the traditional homemade red velvet recipes this is the perfect little squares of deliciousness.
Ingredients: Cake Flour, Sugar, Modified Starch, Milk Solids, Emulsifiers, Raising Agents, Stabilisers, Preservatives and Flavourants.
Recipe:
500g Bake At Home Red Velvet Brownie Mix
150ml Eggs or 3 Large eggs
200g Melted Butter
350ml Water
100ml Golden Syrup
Serves: +/-1 Tray of brownies
Method
Place wet ingredients into the mixer. Add the Red Velvet Brownie Mix powder to the mixer.
Blend all ingredients with a "FLAT BEATER" on slow speed for 1 minute. On Medium for 2 minutes.
Fold in optional extras once beaten.
Pour onto tray and bake at 180 - 190 degrees celsius for 20-25 minutes.
Test if baked with a stick through the middle. If comes out clean it is baked.
