ThisRoyal Queenie Mix is the perfect queenie to be enjoyed with tea and coffee. With at least 1 week shelf life packaged in the correct way, these queen cakes are perfect as is.
Ingredients: Cake Flour, Sugar, Modified Starch, Milk Solids, Emulsifiers, Raising Agents, Stabilisers, Preservatives and Flavourants.
Method
Place wet ingredients into the mixer. Add the Royal Queenie Mix powder to the mixer.
Blend all ingredients with a "FLAT BEATER" on slow speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into forms and bake at 180 - 190 degrees celsius for 20-25 minutes.
Test if baked with a stick through the middle. If comes out clean it is baked.
