Ingredients: Cake Flour, Sugar, Modified Starch, Milk Solids, Emulsifiers, Raising Agents, Stabilisers, Preservatives and Flavourants.
Recipe:
500g Bake At Home Cream Muffin Mix
200ml Eggs or 4 Large eggs
150ml Vegetable Oil
125ml Water
Serves: +/-12 Muffins or +/-4 Jumbo Muffins
Method
Place wet ingredients into the mixer. Add the Cream Muffin Mix powder to the mixer.
Blend all ingredients with a "FLAT BEATER" on slow speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into forms and bake at 180 - 190 degrees celsius for 20-25 minutes.
Test if baked with a stick through the middle. If comes out clean it is baked.
