Vanilla Sponge Mix - 1Kg
Delicious Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix perfect to have by itself or with Lemon Zest for a traditional Victorian Sponge feel.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Emulsifiers, Vegetable Fats, Raising Agents, Flavourants, Stabilisers and Sodium Chloride.
Recipe:
500g Bake At Home Premix of Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix
225ml Eggs or 5 eggs
50ml Vegetable Oil
200ml Water
Serves: 1.5 Cakes
Method
- Place wet ingredients into the mixer. Add the Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix powder to the mixer.
- Blend all ingredients with a "WHISK" on slow speed for 3 minutes. Then on fast speed for 6-8 minutes
- Pour into forms and bake at 180 - 190 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes for 1.5 cakes.
- Test if baked with a stick through the middle. If comes out clean it is baked.
